As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Senior Requirements Analyst/Engineer specializing in MS365 Dynamics.
Role Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Requirements Analyst/Engineer with extensive experience in business analysis and architecture, specifically within MS365 Dynamics. In this role, you will support our clients by gathering, analyzing, and engineering requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications for the delivery team within the MS365 Dynamics ecosystem. You will play a crucial role in visualizing and documenting requirements, ensuring alignment between the business and our implementation partners throughout the project lifecycle.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
• Analyze and document requirements, ensuring clarity and consistency within the MS365 Dynamics framework.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for implementation.
• Act as a liaison between the business and implementation partners, ensuring alignment and understanding.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between various stakeholders.
• Provide expertise in requirements engineering and business analysis methodologies.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration).
• Proven experience in requirements analysis and engineering with 6+ years of hands-on experience with ERP MS365 Dynamics.
• Strong background in business analysis and architecture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with visualization and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, JIRA) is a plus.
