Description:

Be part of the team developing technologies that enable near-patient and at-home testing for infectious diseases or genetic indications.
While we are still working hard on exciting R&D projects, 2024 will see us put some of our first products into customers’ hands.
We have very collaborative teams based in two Cambridge sites, and you’ll personally sit within a small focused team in our R&D labs at St Johns Innovation Park, Cambridge. This means there are plenty of highly experienced people nearby that you can learn from and work with as we further develop our company, team, and products. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with the wider team, and time focus on your individual contributions.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in the development and manufacture of molecular-based diagnostics.
  • PCR/qPCR and general molecular biology and biochemistry techniques.
  • Experience in performing in vitro assays.
  • QMS experience e.g. ISO13485 or similar.
  • MSc.

Responsibilities:

  • Development and optimisation of in vitro diagnostic assays.
  • Develop and optimise molecular and antigen-based diagnostics for varying target organisms.
  • Develop sample preparation methodologies for a range of infectious diseases/sample types.
  • Complete documentation and records to fulfill QMS requirements.
