We’re looking for a Research Consultant to join our US Customer Success team. As a Research Consultant, you will be a foundational member of our Customer Success Team. Our customers at the world’s leading brands need your guidance and professional support to manage their projects to success with the help of our Agile Insights Platform. You will bring strong communication and conceptual research skills to make a direct impact on our business. You will work with a talented team of US researchers on US projects and will have the opportunity to travel to NYC for company kick offs and our CS team offsites!
