    • Quantitative, Qualitative and/or Evaluation ResearchWe are working with a highly respected research consultancy, who help their partners across the public, private and charity sectors. They are a full-service, mixed methods agency who are looking to hire at various levels due to growth, in their Education team.WE ARE LOOKING FOR RESEARCHERS WITH EXPERIENCE WITHIN AND ACROSS:
    • Education, Learning and Skills (employer research, apprenticeships, school research and local government initiatives)
    • Higher Education (government department policy research on how to evaluation and inform HE policy, student research)THEY ARE LOOKING TO HIRE:
    • Senior Research Manager (4+ years experience) £40k – £45k + bonus
    • Research Director – £60k+ dependent on experience + bonusWithin the role, you will manage their largest and highest profile studies and often have a small team beneath them managing strands of projects. It’s a great opportunity to advance your people and project management skills, with support from Directors and the senior leadership team. You will be involved in full-service primary research such as questionnaire design to facilitating focus groups.Experience with evaluation research is a bonus here too .Evaluations tend to be for UK Government (DfE, DLUHC, MOJ, BEIS, DWP) or smaller bodies across Youth and Employment charities.It’s an opportunity to work on an incredibly interesting range of projects, for clients with hugely different interests and investments in the studies. For example, this could be addressing teacher workloads, pupil mental health to employment options for people partaking in higher education courses.It’s a chance to work on large and important projects for society but for a mid-sized agency (rather than a large corporate organisation).
