Description:

The Hyatt Centric is delighted to invite applicants for the position of Senior Reservations Agent.
This is Ireland’s first Hyatt Hotel. Adjacent to St Patrick’s Cathedral, this 234 bedroom 4 Star property includes a restaurant, bar, meeting and event facilities and fitness centre. We are currently recruiting a Senior Reservation Agent for our office at the Hyatt Centric Dublin. Duties and responsibilities include:

  • To complete departmental checklist daily.
  • To answer the telephones in a friendly, professional manner dealing with requests and queries.
  • To update reservations, reply to emails and call backs.
  • To take reservations correctly, noting any special requests
  • To co-ordinate with the other Reservation Agent and report to the Reservation Office Manager what tasks need to be completed on a daily basis.
  • Effective communication with Management, other employees to ensure the day-to-day business runs smoothly
  • Role will involve daily duties of quoting for group business and administration of quotes using Hyatt’s CRM system to track and update quotes
  • Preparing of information for Groups to be distributed to the Front Desk team in anticipation of the arrival 1-2 days in advance.
  • Distributing daily pickup reports for the hotel to be sent to wider team.Reviewing the billing of each group before finalising and passing to Accounts team.
