Senior Residential Property Associate
London
A highly entrepreneurial law firm specialising in high-value residential property transactions require a Senior Residential Property Solicitor to join the team and manage and grow the department (currently a team of 3).
My client is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Residential Property Associate to play a key role in the firm’s continued success. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing high-value files and leveraging their existing client following to contribute to the growth of our practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage a portfolio of high-value residential property files from inception to completion, ensuring the highest level of service and legal expertise.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence, title examinations, and property research to identify potential issues and mitigate risks.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements related to residential property transactions.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, answering queries, addressing concerns, and maintaining excellent client relationships.
  • Liaise with external parties, such as real estate agents, lenders, and government agencies, to facilitate smooth and efficient transactions.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments related to residential property transactions.
  • Actively contribute to business development efforts by leveraging your existing client following, networking, and fostering relationships with potential clients.
  • Manage and drive the team of fee earners/associates

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with 4+PQE of experience in residential property law.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing high-value residential property files independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business and maintain a client following.
