• Continuously develop and improve resource planning and/or budget management approach and processes e.g. establishment of a rolling resource planning process
• Consolidation of resource requirements from the systems for E3 1.2
• Coordination and consolidation of the zero-based budgeting approach
• Consolidation and bundling of orders and their status
• Tracking and ensuring timely orders, escalation towards procurement if necessary
• Consolidation and prioritization of requirements for processes, methods and tools across all systems
• Coordination of central lessons learned workshops
• Prepare and present decision papers across all tech areas and company levels up to BOM
