OUR CLIENT IS A LEADER IN THE RETAIL MNC. DUE TO THEIR CURRENT EXPANSION PLAN, THEY ARE LOOKING FOR A SENIOR RERTAIL MANAGER TO JOIN THEIR TEAM, IN HOPES OF DEVELOPING THE CURRENT HIGH PERFORMING TEAM. THEY ARE LOCATED IN THE WEST.

Responsibility

• Manage district retail stores in Singapore, overseeing their operations and financial performance (P&L).
• Analyze customer mix, product assortment, and stock levels to optimize sales and minimize lost opportunities.
• Drive retail channel growth by identifying new store locations, negotiating leases, and implementing corporate retail policies and strategies.
• Enhance sales productivity, service standards, and overall customer brand experience.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop effective marketing and in-store promotion programs.
• Manage retail projects, including shop design and project completion within budget and timeline.
• Expand the customer database, maintain regular customer contact, and build brand loyalty.
• Provide feedback for product improvements and facilitate after-sales service at the point of sale.
• Coordinate with the Aftersales Service Centre to ensure smooth customer repair processes.Any ad-hoc duty as given

Requirement

• Min Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Min 5 years of managerial level in retail operations.
• Experience and Knowledge in retail management.
