The Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst is responsible for the infrastructure, process, and strategy for all of the customer-facing teams (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success) in the EMEA and APAC regions. Your work will unlock the effectiveness and efficiency of the people on these teams and allow us to exceed our revenue and customer success goals.
CMT is looking for a collaborative, customer-committed, and creative Senior Revenue Operations Analyst who wants to join us in making roads safer by making drivers better!

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience and/or certification
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
  • 4+ years of experience in Sales/Business Operations for enterprise SaaS companies
  • Experience supporting large account marketing, sales, and customer success teams
  • Advanced expertise in Salesforce.com, Hubspot, and Excel
  • Analytical, data-driven problem-solving skills
  • Ability to foster a high-performance, metrics-driven environment
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Global Head of Revenue Operations
  • Implementing and managing systems, processes, and reporting for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success in the EMEA and APAC regions
  • Supporting Global Revenue Operations activities as needed
  • Leading weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational, goal-setting, and performance cadences for the EMEA and APAC teams
  • Leading forecasting, pipeline, deal, and customer health reviews
  • Developing, implementing, operationalizing, and improving key performance metrics
  • Identifying ways to continually improve and exceed our sales & customer success goals
  • Developing revenue operations strategies for EMEA and APAC regions
  • Complete any additional tasks as they arise
