Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

As a Senior Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in optimising our revenue operations. You will leverage your extensive hands-on experience from Series A or B companies to implement and manage systems and processes that drive our sales and revenue growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the VP of Growth to deliver strategic business objectives.
  • Oversee and optimise the entire sales lifecycle, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Develop and refine GTM strategies, commission structures, and forecasting principles.
  • Manage pre- and post-sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Utilise your expertise in Hubspot to streamline and enhance our sales operations.
  • Play a key role in scaling the business, with the potential to grow and lead a team.
