JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least five (5) years experience in a similar role
- Excellent in-depth & comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the Compensation Discipline
- Strong expertise in job leveling and job evaluation from at least one of the key methodology providers (WTW, Mercer, KornFerry, AON Redford)
- Strong communication and influencing skills, strong stakeholder management skills
- A good team player who is able to navigate in the diverse and geographically dispersed global team
- Strong ability to work with ambiguous information and researching multiple sources of information to summarize and simplify complex information
- Excellent numerical, modeling and analytical skills, alongside with data management and market research skills
- Strong ability to set and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of urgency
- Good experience with HRIS systems (Workday), Excel and PowerPoint
- Good change management skills
- Fluency in English is a must (both written and oral)
Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Rewards in defining and designing new compensation programs and solutions as well as improving and evolving existing ones so as to ensure alignment with the company plans.
- Implement and administer compensation programs.
- Support, drive and maintain all benchmarking of compensation topics to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity.
- Provide compensation analysis and data support to the wider People team.
- Actively participate in data modeling in partnership with the Finance and Payroll functions.
- Perform job analyses and classifications.
- Identify appropriate vendors and effectively manage relationships with them.
- Own, maintain and seek to improve all comp processes for example but not limited to Annual Salary Review, Market Benchmarking, Pay Cost Analysis, Reporting, Job Catalog, Job Analysis, Incentives and Compensation operations, technical design and reporting.
- Coach and educate the rest of the team members, including Rewards Analyst, deputize for the Head of Rewards and backfill other Rewards Partners, if necessary
