SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

The skills and experience needed to create your legacy
3-5 years of experience working for FMCG and international environment (as an advantage)
Experience in Revenue Growth Management or in analytical areas of Commercial Intelligence, Finance, Sales combining advanced analytical skills with an understanding of the big picture
Experience in designing and developing tools that gather information from multiple and complex data sources and deliver actionable insights that are easy to access and update
Experience in delivering and presenting RGM analyses and recommendations to multidisciplinary commercial and finance teams
Project and process management skills
Graduation in Finance, Management, Economics or Engineering
Proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Experience in the Spirits and/or overall beverage Industry is a distinct advantage
Personal Qualities
Analytical profile, with clear and action-oriented communication
Strategic thinking with ability to deliver tangible results upon high-level goals

Responsibilities:

With our consumer at the heart your key focus will be
Support in developing RGM strategy including Price to Consumer, Trade Investment and Promotional initiatives and managing Value Chains to drive bottom line results across several European Markets (with both direct and indirect Route To Market approach)
Delivering RGM insights that support business planning and support the implementation of RGM initiatives across the markets that deliver incremental EFO to budget
Developing and updating analyzing and reporting tools for consistent KPIs progress tracking and bringing insights into impacts on the gross margins, promoting recommendations and action plans to the markets
Cooperation with Regional and Global RGM Teams to support execution of global RGM guidance
Create RGM discipline by monthly price to consumer monitoring and causes of variation in topline (Price, Volume, Mix)
Expand RGM discipline among commercial and marketing teams
