Responsibilities:

  • Playing a key role in representing the Transformation Division at any enterprise wide forums as subject matter expert and senior trusted advisor for enterprise wide risk and compliance policy and framework requirements, including risk in change.
  • Lead and facilitate risk, compliance and regulatory assessments, escalation and reporting to meet both local and Group requirements relating to enterprise wide risk and compliance policy and frameworks.
  • Identifying regulatory, legislative and industry code obligations requirements for the division, including key controls intended to effectively and efficiently manage the Transformations divisions risk profile and Operational Compliance Plan (OCP).
  • Identifying opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve the design and operating effectiveness of the divisions controls to be implemented or existing controls. This will include working with other Division’s Risk and Compliance teams to also ensure that enterprise and common controls impacting, and associated to, the Transformation Division’s risk profile and OCP are fit for purpose and effective.
  • Facilitate, coordinate and lead risk and control profile workshops with the Transformation Leadership team, and broader division stakeholders where required. This would extend to requirements for periodical risk and compliance policy and framework requirements, such as quarterly/annual risk management declarations, risk culture and maturity assessments and broader divisional reporting requirements.
  • Engaging and coordinating with second line risk and compliance teams on matters requiring attention that impact the Transformation Division. This would extend to the enterprise wide Operational Risk Governance System (ORGS).
  • Proactively support your colleagues, when directed and required, with risk in change activities such delivery and delivered risk assessments and workshops, and incident and issue management.
