SENIOR RISK & COMPLIANCE OFFICER (M/F/D)
Location:Aurich, NI, DE, 26605
Onsite/Hybrid/Remote: Remote (> 50% remote)

QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in economics, law or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in compliance and risk management in an international company
- Strong interest in the development and description of processes, methods and procedures, including the definition of responsibilities
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness and ability to deal with conflict
- High degree of initiative and ability to work in a team
- Analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to work carefully and results-orientated
- Intercultural competence
- Business fluent in German and English
Responsibilities:
- Further development of the global Compliance & Risk Management System (RMS & CMS) of the ENERCON Group in close coordination with other functions of the Corporate Governance department and related departments
- Identifying, analysing, assessing and managing compliance-relevant risks, including communicating and monitoring
- Further development of methods and tools as well as maintenance and implementation of guidelines, processes and documentation in the area of Risk & Compliance
- Ongoing analysis of compliance-relevant changes to legislation and requirements, including communication to the relevant areas of the ENERCON Group
- Technical management and central point of contact for staff in the ENERCON Group companies on all risk & compliance topics
- Preparation of regular reporting by the Compliance department to the Corporate Governance Board and the company’s Management Board
- Active involvement in the conception, organisation and implementation of the global compliance training programme
- Collaboration in overarching projects within the Corporate Governance department and the company (LKSG / CSRD etc.)
- Development of KPIs to evaluate the performance of the compliance organisation
- Active contribution and support of the specialist departments in the conception and implementation of risk-mitigating measures
