• Evaluate and enhance the risk management process for the EMENA region, identifying and mitigating strategic risks impacting organizational objectives
• Revise the governance framework to align with LIXIL Corporation’s global standards and local regulations, ensuring compliance through the development of strategic policies and controls
• Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to align risk management and governance strategies with business objectives, effectively communicating issues
• Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of the risk management and governance framework, staying abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices
• Coordinate with Corporate Risk Management (Japan) to support the global strategy
