Role: The role is responsible for developing and implementing learning and development strategies, design courses, assess development plans and track learning effectiveness. They collaborate with employees and managers to support career development and manage budgets and vendor relationships.

- Preferably Bachelors / Master’s degree in HR or relevant field
- 5+ years of experience working in L&D function as trainer, developing training, modules, identifying training needs and development plans.
- Certifications from a recognized body as trainer
- Certification in any training techniques or programsEnglish (Native or Fluent), Arabic (preferred)
