  • Minimum of 4/5 years of premium or luxury sales experience
  • Driven sales consultant who is passionate about fashion and client relationship building
  • Take action to maximize the sales opportunity on all categories, master selling skills to satisfy customer needs
  • Well-spoken, excellent interpersonal skills required to ensure clear, effective communication with all management, staff, and clients
  • Proactive, fast-learner and able to provide an impeccable customer experience

Responsibilities:

  • Being UpToDate with collections, deep knowledge of products and aim to exceed targeted KPI’s
  • Assist with all daily operations, working along with colleagues and management, being able to maintain an impeccable floor, stockroom and VM, as per company request
  • Able to provide an excellent customer service, CRM focus, client book and after sales processes
  • Act as brand ambassador to build relationships with new customers and VIP clientele
