Description:
Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Senior Sales Advisor, Independent Fuel Accounts on a permanent basis on our Energy Sales & Marketing team. This is a remote job opportunity based in Regina or Saskatoon, SK and surrounding communities with approximately 75% annual travel (majority day trips) required.
Do you have a knack for sales and collaboration? We are looking for a self-starter with these skills to support local Co-ops in identifying new dealers to grow the Independent Fuel Accounts Program and expand their market share.
WHO YOU ARE:
You are looking for a career in sales & business development:
- Have 6+ years of experience in contract agreements and sales. Experience within the energy sector is preferred.
- Ideally, have some form of post-secondary education in business or agriculture. (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered)
- Are adept in communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management.
- Can travel (majority day trips) 75% of the time and have flexibility in your work hours.
Responsibilities:
- Work with local Co-ops within your assigned zone to identify new sales opportunities and build action plans to expand the TEMPO and Western Nations network.
- Directly engage in communications with prospective dealers, present program benefits, lead negotiations, and collaborate with local Co-ops and FCL during the contract process.
- Work closely with local Co-ops on the implementation and transition of contracts to the local Co-ops and provide ongoing operational support after the transition.
- Support local Co-ops in building relationships with existing TEMPO, Reseller, and Western Nations Accounts.
