Description:

Our client is a global and established Multinational Company, who is seeking to recruit a Senior Sales Analyst. This position is based in Singapore.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Business Management / Economy / Statistics / Marketing
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in roles related to analytics, research, business planning, product/project management
  • Possess strong consultancy/analytical skills and demonstrate excellent spoken/written communication and presentation skills
  • Proven record in designing and developing tactical plans as well as efficient implementation in large and dynamic sales/business environments
  • Proven record of project management experience
  • Experience in dealing with Management stakeholders at senior levels
  • Experience in Database Management and use of Business Statistics
  • Skills in Business Intelligence Platforms or related technology is a plus
  • Keen interest in organizational development

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate available external market reports on the applicability of data and sampling methodologies and use data of market & customers as well as cross-functional data to identify business opportunities in terms of customer segment priorities for service and product development
  • Data Monetization via a) direct monetization of openly transacting data assets in exchange for monetary gain and b) indirect monetization by obtaining monetary gain through business optimizations that result from using data as the foundation.
  • Extract, manage and analyze large amounts of data from various external and cross-function related databases to support reports for Commercial / Country Management
  • Provide effective consultancy and advisory support in developing strategic approaches and highlight areas of opportunities or concerns to Management for action
  • Analyze monthly product and customer segment trends, analyses abnormalities and recommend course of action
  • Project Lead for Country and Commercial Business reviews in close collaboration with Country Manager, Head of Commercial as well as all Senior Management Team members
  • Revenue budget & re-forecast as well as consolidate input for bottom-up projection
  • Support the Commercial Planning & Research team on projects to streamline processes for the purpose of reducing non-selling hours, increasing ease of customer integration and drive overall commercial productivity
  • Responsible for business and productivity reporting and undertake additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the Senior Manager, Commercial Planning & Research
