Senior Retail Sales Associate Job Responsibilities:

• To serve customers, help them select products
• To drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• To greet and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
• To greet cheerfully to customers’ queries.
• To provide good customer service.
• To document sales by updating customer profile records.
• To manage payment transactions.
• To process payments purchases, processing checks, cash, and store or other credit and debit cards.
• To alert management of potential security issues.

• To assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.

• To clean assigned areas of the store; ensure merchandise is properly displayed * To provide customer feedback to the Store Manager.
  Education and Experience Requirements:

• Entry level experience welcome * Training will be provided

• The ability to use a simple payment gateway

• Strong level of professionalism at work
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
• Basic math skills
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Flexibility to work various shifts
