QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years in a senior role with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Extensive experience in a high-volume outbound sales environment
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Recent background in software technology, particularly in marketing automation, eBusiness, or CRM software
  • Advanced technical understanding to oversee presentations, demos, and competitive differentiation
  • Keen to stay informed on technology trends, developments, and best practices
  • High energy level and an encouraging phone demeanour
  • Outstanding communication skills, proficient in English both verbally and in writing

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

As the Senior Sales Development Manager in Sydney, you will lead the Sales team’s strategies to generate and nurture a robust pipeline of qualified business opportunities. You’ll aim to surpass ambitious targets, including a sourced closed won annual recurring revenue of €702k EUR and the acquisition of 12 qualified opportunities each quarter.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the generation and nurturing of leads
  • Manage and achieve specific quotas such as sourced closed won ARR and the number of qualified opportunities per quarter
  • Understand and convey business value drivers and key differentiators against top competitors
  • Lead effective objection handling and leverage the Value Selling methodology
  • Foster strong relationships within the Partner Ecosystem
  • Ensure high activity levels and quality communication across your team
  • Drive attendance and active participation in all demand generation initiatives from your team
