The Senior Sales Enablement Specialist Role
We are seeking an innovative and forward-thinking Sr Sales Enablement Specialist for Analytics to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage Qlik’s emerging technology from our Analytics Business Unit with a focus on Generative AI to develop and implement solutions that drive sales growth, sales productivity, and reference cases using Qlik technology. Additionally, you will be a part of a team that creates engaging and scalable technical sales enablement for Qlik’s Solution Consulting (PreSales) sales teams and Qlik’s Partner Solution Consulting role to showcase the capabilities of Qlik.
This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of AI and Analytics advancements, crafting tools that will transform our sales processes and enhance our competitive edge.
This is an individual contributor role who will work closely with Qlik’s Analytics Business Unit Product Management organization and will report to the Global Technical Enablement Manager of Sales Enablement.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the integration of Generative AI and other Analytics emerging technologies into our sales strategies and operations.
  • Solution Development: Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions to optimize customer interactions, personalize sales approaches, and predict sales trends.
  • Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and related Analytics technologies, identifying opportunities for application within the sales domain.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams, IT, and other stakeholders to understand needs, gather requirements, and ensure successful implementation of AI and Analytics solutions.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics and machine learning techniques to derive actionable insights and inform decision-making processes.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to sales teams on new tools and technologies, ensuring effective adoption and utilization.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor the performance of AI and Analytics solutions, making adjustments and improvements as necessary to maximize impact.
  • Technical Sales Enablement: Partner with Qlik Learning, and other business partners to create blended learning experiences including engaging and impactful eLearning courses, recorded on demand videos, and technical demo kits to showcase solutions.
  • Inspire: Create a strong culture and environment where our people can thrive and feel empowered by focusing on innovation.
