Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Sales Experience:
  • 3 - 5 Years Experience in electronics components sales is preferred. Candidates with industrial sales experience are also welcome.
  1. Educational Background:
  • Diploma in Engineering or related fields is preferred, but other qualifications will be considered.
  1. Knowledge and Skills:
  • Familiarity with component distribution sales is an advantage. Training will be provided for those without this experience.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required, to liaise with Chinese suppliers/vendors.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management:
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the electronics and semiconductor sectors.
  • Provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs and enhance their business.
  1. Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to attract and retain new clients.
  • Expand our sales coverage in Singapore, Batam (Indonesia), and South Malaysia.
  1. Collaborative Design Integration:
  • Work closely with R&D engineers to integrate parts into customer designs.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to ensure successful product implementation.
  1. Target Achievement:
  • Achieve individual and team targets as set by management.
  • Work closely with operations and inside sales teams to close sales and meet targets.
