Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Additional qualifications in sales or business administration preferred.
Work Experience:
- Over 5 years of sales experience in a multinational industrial environment, preferably with wire processing machines.
- Over 3 years of sales management experience.
- Basic understanding of industrial machinery, automation, and software.
Expertise and Methodology:
- Proven team leadership skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Intermediate knowledge of SalesForce or Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Familiarity with lean office methodology.
Other Requirements:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
- Affinity for technology-driven environments.
- Advanced level of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Candidates with experience in CNC, laser, welding, and heavy industrial machinery are preferred.
- Candidates should own a personal car.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales promotion plans for all products.
- Drive sales growth through strategic execution of market segment strategies.
- Manage customer relations data within the assigned area.
- Track and report campaign results, taking corrective actions as needed.
- Achieve sales targets set by management.
- Provide technical support to channel partners.
- Gather and report market and competitor intelligence monthly.
- Monitor customer and competitor activities, providing feedback to headquarters.
- Foster and maintain strong customer relationships with exceptional service.
- Ensure compliance with the Code of Conduct.
