Mitiga is building its sales Engineering function and is looking for an experienced and creative Senior Sales Engineer to join our team. The right candidate will develop a deep technical and functional understanding of both product capabilities and customer needs to act as an advisor and advocate throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) engagements on sales opportunities. This includes scoping the appropriate use cases in agreement with customer, set up and configuration of demo environment, and final review of established objectives
  • Support/mentor junior SE team in complex demos, troubleshooting, and challenges found in customer environments
  • Act as an interface between the Sales organization and technical staff to resolve outstanding issues, engaging product management/engineering as required
  • Leverage client and SE feedback to provide meaningful details around our service and product offerings to the appropriate internal departments for improvements
