Description:
As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will use your experience and knowledge of the security market to achieve your annual sales plan, by exploring qualified market opportunities, developing and implementing strategies and processes to maximize margins while increasing market share, and you may require to;
- Use your understanding and knowledge of different products among Security solutions and you will work closely with the customers to meet their expectations in order to close the identify and close opportunities.
- Qualify and work closely along with our internal pre-sales expertise to have the right techno-commercial solutions for the projects with customers.
- Review technical proposal and prepare commercial proposals obtaining all required approvals.
- Demonstrate your expertise by differentiating Johnson Controls, leveraging your market understanding, sales strategies, products and services.
- Develop and maintains long-term relationship with existing and new acquired customers and work on life cycle plans for their portfolio.
- Determined and consistent in your approach to work in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously by planning and time management skills.
- Adhere to company processes, compliances and policies, with zero tolerance, while executing professional responsibilities.
- Manage market security vendor relationship along with Procurement team.
- Attend technical workshop and seminars to have awareness on the new technology

WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Senior Sales Engineer – Security systems is a key role reporting directly to Associate Sales Director – Controls & Security systems - Service.
Based in Dubai, the role shall emphasize in bringing in business through Retaining existing maintenance contracts, acquiring new maintenance agreements, develop life cycle management plan with customer to generate retrofit opportunities, and driving the growth of business for Service department for Building Technology and Solutions with particular focus on Security Systems Portfolio.
As a member of the self-driven team, you will work within an environment that provides a platform and resources for you to learn and use your experience to generate new business.
