Senior Sales Executive

LOCATION: ASPECT HOTEL PARK WEST, DUBLIN 12

Aspect Hotel Park West is looking for a Part-Time Senior Sales Executive to work as part of our wonderful team.

THE ROLE

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a hotel position. They will be reliable, organised, be a good team player and have a natural flair and enthusiasm for dealing with and communicating with people. Exceptional attention to detail is essential as well as the ability to work on your own initiative. Candidate must be a car owner with a full clean driver’s licence as the role will involve regular travel to meetings, sales calls and trade shows.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Senior Sales Executive will report directly to the hotel Sales and Marketing manager.

Duties will include:

• Working with the hotel’s existing database to re-establish contact with lapsed companies and guests
• Nurturing and developing relationships with our existing clients
• Identifying and securing new sources of business in all areas including rooms, meeting and events
• Attending trade shows, networking events and client meetings as required
• Recording all sales activity and results on company’s CRM system
• Issuing weekly sales activity reports to the relevant hotel managers
• To liaise with the other PREM Group sales managers to identify any potential opportunities for cross-selling
