Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
  • Min of 3 years of proven experience in business development and sales/client management, with a track record of driving sales growth in the gas/energy sector.
  • Understanding of the APAC market, including regulatory environment, and market dynamics.
  • Strong knowledge of gas/energy sector and trends.
  • Analytical and structured.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to build and cultivate strong relationships with the team, cross-functional colleagues, and clients.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Extensive travel required.
  • Adaptable and willing to adjust own schedule to accommodate company’s travel requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Revenue Generation
  • Lead the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Develop and meet revenue targets, continuously monitoring progress and implementing corrective measures.
  • Participate in business events, conferences, trade shows and seminars.
  1. Client Relationship Management
  • Identify potential clients and lead the acquisition- process, providing tailored solutions.
  • Cultivate and maintain- relationship with the existing and new clients.
  1. Market expansion in Asia-Pacific (APAC)
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand sales and market share in the APAC region.
  • Identify key markets, establish local partnerships, and navigate regulatory landscapes.
  • Develop and implement business strategies aligned with organizational goals and regional market dynamics with an emphasis on the APAC market.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives.
  1. Manage Sales operations/ Sales order using SAP system.
  • Coordinate production timelines with internal departments.
  1. Market Research and Analysis
  • Analyze data to identify trends, competition, and potential opportunities, make informed business decisions and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • To conform with company environmental practices.
  • Any other tasks as assigned.
