Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.
Salary: £40k On-target earnings (OTE)
Reporting to: SME Non-Motor Insurance Sales Manager.

What We’re Looking For:
Commercial Experience: Proven track record in commercial insurance sales, with a strong grasp of products such as commercial combined, property, PI, tradesman, EL/PL insurance.
Technological Proficiency: Experience with working in a CRM system and Acturis Insurance back office is preferred, demonstrating your ability to leverage technology for efficient operations.
Problem Solvers: Demonstrated ability to identify clients’ needs, adapt to their unique challenges, and provide innovative propositions.
Goal-Oriented: Results-driven mindset with a determination to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
