Description:
The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team in the construction material sales industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in the UAE market, particularly in Dubai. This role requires a strong understanding of the construction material industry and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the construction material industry. - Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including construction companies, contractors, and developers, to promote our products and services. - Lead the sales team by providing guidance, support, and training to drive performance and ensure the achievement of sales goals. - Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and develop effective sales strategies. - Participate in negotiations and contract discussions to secure new business and maintain strong customer relationships. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities, campaigns, and materials to support sales efforts.
Requirements
- Proven experience of 5 years as a successful sales executive in the construction material industry, with a strong network of industry contacts and clients in the UAE market. - Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share. - Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team. - Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies. - Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; additional certifications or training in sales management are a plus. - Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred. Must have valid UAE driving license.
