Description:
- 10 years of work experience in Marine sector will be an advantage.
- Establish and implement sales strategies according to region, customer, and product type.
- Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with external parties such as business partners and ship owners to optimize efficiency of business operations and new business growth.
- Develop strategic business plans to successfully achieve growth and hit the monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Promote sales by long-term service agreement and project.
- To lead and supervise the team of technician & engineer of sub-contractor dispatched to vessel to carry out maintenance and overhaul for our products.
- Coordinate the relationship between the HQ and the customers.
