Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior sales roles, preferably within the ecommerce sector, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and surpassing sales targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and secure new business opportunities from inception to closure, navigating the entire 360-degree sales process proficiently.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and galvanise a high-performing sales team.
  • Profound understanding of ecommerce technologies, website development, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, fostering rapport and credibility with clients across all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proven ability to craft and execute effective sales plans and strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities:

WE ARE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR A SEASONED SALES PROFESSIONAL WITH A PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF SUCCESS IN THE ECOMMERCE SECTOR TO ASSUME THE PIVOTAL ROLE OF SENIOR SALES MANAGER.

This is a hybrid working, around 2 days per week in Manchester Office.
Base Salary £45,000 to £60,000 (dependent on experience) plus healthy commission.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to foster business growth and market expansion within the ecommerce domain.
  • Cultivate and nurture robust relationships with key clients and industry partners, harnessing existing networks while actively exploring fresh opportunities for collaboration and partnership.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation and prospecting to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for clients.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with corporate objectives.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify areas for optimisation and enhancement, furnishing actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Remain abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape, proactively adapting sales strategies to capitalise on market trends and opportunities.
