Responsibilities:

WHAT’S MY ROLE?

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Sales Manager to drive forward our efforts in the French market. `This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned sales professional who thrives in a developing market and excels in consultative selling. Your mission will be to showcase the future of digital access control and automation and convince clients that Sensorberg’s innovative solutions are the key to their success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Market Development: Drive sales in the French market by identifying and targeting potential clients. Use your consultative approach to educate and convince clients about the direction of the market and the value of Sensorberg’s solutions.

  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients both remotely and on-site, traveling up to 30% of the time to provide in-person consultations. Build strong, lasting relationships through tailored solutions and personalized service.

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence. Utilize your expertise to navigate the complexities of a developing market.
  • Product Promotion: Champion Sensorberg’s stellar product line, showcasing its benefits and differentiators to clients. Ensure our products are effectively positioned and recognized in the market.
  • Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly within a young and dynamic team environment. Share insights, collaborate on strategies, and contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Self-Starter: Demonstrate initiative and self-motivation in driving sales activities. Manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks to maximize impact.
