Senior Sales Operations Analyst Summary:
Delinea is currently in search of a Sales Operations Senior Analyst to join our esteemed Global Sales Operations team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for analysis supporting deal and account management as well as compensation across Delinea’s sales organization. Working closely with the Americas Director of Sales Operations, you will actively contribute to the execution of vital cross-functional programs propelling the next phase of our growth strategy. Leveraging your analytical and detail-oriented mindset, you will be instrumental in the successful delivery of strategic initiatives supporting the Americas Sales organization.
The job entails being a pivotal figure in the Americas Sales organization at Delinea, focusing on enhancing processes, operational efficiency, and generating insightful sales reports. You’ll contribute to developing scalable processes, fostering operational excellence, and crafting innovative ideas for process enhancement to drive revenue generation. Effective communication skills are essential for influencing change both locally and globally. As the Americas Sales Ops Senior Analyst, your aim is to deliver top-notch support to the sales team by ensuring that processes, systems, and reporting structures are adaptable to the company’s expansion. The role involves building a robust infrastructure, driving proactive changes, and offering valuable insights to support company growth. Using data analysis and Go-To-Market tools, you’ll derive actionable insights to enhance sales processes, particularly in the top and middle of the sales funnel through training and reporting.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support sales operations, strategy, and process improvement initiatives for the Americas (with a Global mindset)
  • Develop and execute sales process methodologies that will maximize productivity
  • Point of contact for Americas Sales team for all sales productivity, tech stack and opportunity management related requests
  • Work with cross-functional teams during the successful completion of project deliverables
  • Analyze large data sets to identify trends and insights to aid in decision-making
  • Help build scalable processes, increase operational efficiencies and develop insight reporting focused on sales productivity & compensation
  • Manage and improve ongoing sales on/off boarding, promotions, territory planning, quota assignments to ensure sales team have their compensation plans set up properly
  • Maintain relationships with colleagues across the organization and across geographies
  • Create and maintain documentation to boost knowledge sharing and enablement across the organization
  • Perform systems and data investigations and validations to ensure data quality
  • Shared responsibility in sales trainings on new or improved business and sales processes

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in a SaaS or enterprise software company a plus.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, or similar role
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams in technology companies
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think outside of the box
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills such as being able to understand and navigate formulas
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, including the ability to manage senior stakeholders
  • Able to work independently and meet requirements, maintains ownership, offers potential solutions, drives work to completion within specified timelines
  • Proficient knowledge of Salesforce.com administration a plus (Salesforce administration certification preferred)
  • Demonstrated maturity, high values, professionalism, and integrity
  • High level of organization and detail-orientation
  • Good attitude toward teamwork, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Passionate about learning new skills & maintaining current skills
