Description:
At Bridgestone Mobility Solutions we are looking for the best and brightest minds to join our direct sales team, your mission as a Senior Sales Representative will be to sell our value-added Webfleet Solutions products to prospects in South of Spain, hunting prospects and partners and support our customers.
If you have a passion for sales and technology in an ever-changing landscape, strong sales skills and business sense to provide advice and support to sell our products to prospects and customers and develop your territory with partners, then this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Entrepreneurial skill set with SALES HUNTER MINDSET and minimum 5 years’ experience with solid track record of achieving successful sales growth. Experience in the telematics industry is helpful but not mandatory, experience in other industries as mobility, transport, communications, IT consultancy is appreciated
- University degree with excellent communication skills: public speaking, verbal and written
- Strategic skills, sense of priority, long term planning and research skills
- Analytical and critical thinking to align decisions with company/team strategy
- Business intelligence to understand one’s own business, competitors & the market as a whole
- Negotiation skills & generating trust via active listening, collaboration and problem sensitivity
