Twoje zadania

• Udział w projektach wdrażania lub rozwijania instancji Salesforce u klientów polskich i zagranicznych, z różnych branż
• Konfigurowanie Salesforce w ramach możliwości deklaratywnych platformy
• Prowadzenie demo i warsztatów z klientami oraz dokumentacja wymagań
• Mapowanie potrzeb klientów na rozwiązania dostępne w ekosystemie Salesforce
• Współpraca z zespołem Konsultantów oraz w ramach zespołów projektowych – z Architektami, Developerami, Testerami oraz Delivery Managerem

Twoje umiejętności

• Praktyczna znajomość Sales, Service lub Experience Cloud, jak i innych rozwiązań proponowanych przez Salesforce, potwierdzona minimum 5-letnim doświadczeniem projektowym w roli Konsultanta Salesforce oraz certyfikatami Salesforce
• Umiejętność konfiguracji Salesforce w ramach możliwości deklaratywnych platformy
• Doświadczenie we współtworzeniu wycen oraz założeń technicznych w projektach wdrożeniowych i rozwojowych
• Zdolność do analizy potrzeb klienta i rekomendowania optymalnych rozwiązań uwzględniających możliwości Salesforce
• Umiejętność rozpoznawania luk w procesie implementacji i podejmowanie działań zaradczych
• Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego

Your role

• Participate in projects to implement or develop Salesforce instances at Polish and foreign clients, from various industries
• Configuring Salesforce within the declarative capabilities of the platform
• Conducting demos and workshops with customers and documenting requirements
• Mapping customer needs to solutions available in the Salesforce ecosystem
• Collaborating with a team of Consultants and within project teams - with Architects, Developers, Testers and Delivery Managers

Your skills

• Hands-on knowledge of Sales, Service or Experience Cloud, as well as other solutions proposed by Salesforce, proven by a minimum of 5 years of project experience as a Salesforce Consultant and Salesforce certifications
• Ability to configure Salesforce within the platform’s declarative capabilities
• Experience in co-creating quotes and technical assumptions in implementation and development projects
• Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend optimal solutions taking into account Salesforce capabilities
• Ability to identify gaps in the implementation process and take remedial action
• Very good knowledge of the English language
