Description:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
- Create data models, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications for Salesforce implementations.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate Salesforce features, products, and third-party integrations to meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications, including Apex code, Omni Scripts, Flex Cards, Omni Studio, Lightning components, and triggers.
- Design and build integrations between Salesforce and other systems, both internal and external, using tools like Salesforce Connect, APIs, and middleware.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in Salesforce applications.
Responsibilities:
This role is about being a key player in building a digital platform for a major NSW Government organisation. You’ll primarily work with Salesforce and AWS. Your job involves designing, developing, and maintaining the technical side of this platform.
