Job Description Summary: What you need to know about the role: As a Senior Salesforce Developer you will design, build, and implement Standard and Custom applications on the Salesforce platform utilizing Salesforce declarative capabilities and custom coding capabilities (Apex, Lightning Web & Aura Components, Community, Experience, Site, Portal, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), AmpScript ) when necessary. You should be able to work and lead junior team members in a team environment, utilizing DevSecOps processes and tools. Contribute to innovative ideas and solutions in the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and align with company objectives employing configuration, development and integration skills.

  • Utilize domain knowledge in Sales, Service, and Community Clouds for effective application design, coding, testing, maintenance, and debugging within the Salesforce CRM platform.
  • Proficient in Apex, Lightning components, and other Salesforce development tools.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
  • Provide ongoing business support to users of the CRM platform, ensuring optimal performance and functionality that aligns with organizational needs.
  • Adhere to Salesforce limitations, performance standards, and best practices to ensure the robust and efficient operation of the platform.
