POSITION OVERVIEW:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customise and configure Salesforce to meet the unique requirements of our public sector clients, focusing on enhancing government operations and citizen services with omnichannel capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain custom applications, components, and integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem to support omnichannel service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that Salesforce solutions comply with public sector regulations and facilitate service delivery across multiple channels.
  • Utilise your expertise in Public Sector Solutions and Omnichannel to enhance data security, regulatory compliance, and the efficiency of government services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure the smooth operation of Salesforce and related systems.
  • Stay abreast of Salesforce best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in public sector service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong background in Public Sector Solutions and a deep understanding of omnichannel capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce Community Cloud, with a focus on omnichannel service delivery.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications, including:
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer (PD1)
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
  • Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate government requirements into technical solutions that support omnichannel services.
