Description:

The Sales and Service Experience team are a key enabler of the Banking and Financial Services strategy to focus on its objectives. We have two focus areas, adding capabilities around the assisted customer journey and helping our sellers sell more faster by using technology to help improve the efficiency of sales processes.

What role you will play?
You will lead the analysis of complex business requirements and design innovative solutions using Salesforce platform capabilities by collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on best practices. You’ll be leveraging your deep expertise in Salesforce functionality to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions to drive business value.
You’ll use your in depth experience working on a program that integrates salesforce with digital platforms, designing and supporting the dev’s with how best to integrate with 3rd party systems. Finally, you will work with product teams of those 3rd party systems as the workstream lead and design lead to spot issues outside of our scope and proactively resolve/prevent them.

What you offer

  • Minimum 7 years year’s experience of designing salesforce core (sales & service) solutions, with the ability to demonstrate strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data model, and security model
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) mandatory; Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, and/or Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant preferred
  • Proven ability to gather and analyse business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and development team
  • Proven ability to work as design authority throughout program lifecycle including discovery, design, build and testing
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as Jira is a plus.
  • Proven experience designing integrations of salesforce with other platforms such as MDM, or legacy systems
  • Experience collaborating across multiple teams, technology platforms as a leader in your space
  • Experience of designing custom user experiences within the salesforce UI, e.g custom lightning components
  • Experience of service design / UX design is advantageous.
