Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors module/s.
- Focus on optimizing clients’ HR processes.
- Utilize deep understanding of SuccessFactors functionality and HR best practices.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work in multi-cultural teams on SuccessFactors/SAP HXM solutions.
- Handle requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Guide customers on SAP Best Practices.
- Lead Requirement Gathering Workshops & Trainings.
- Lead digital transformation journeys.
