That’s great because you will deal with it in your daily business. To support our ambitious growth, we are looking for a (Senior) SEA Manager France & Belgium (all genders) starting as soon as possible.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Profound professional experience (4+ years) in the management of Search Engine Advertising, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns, especially data feed based ones
- University degree in Economics, Marketing, Digital Media or related fields
- An affinity for numbers and very good analytical skills (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), paired with the ability to find creative solutions, as well as a high level of initiative, accountability and reliability
- Strong communication skills as well as a goal-driven and team-oriented working style
- Business fluent in French and English
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid search campaigns in France and Belgium across platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and other relevant search engines.
- You will have different regional and technical stakeholders and work in an agile matrix organization
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI, click-through rates, conversion rates and overall campaign effectiveness
- You conduct advanced (ad hoc) analyses and dig into our data in order to question existing strategies & processes and to find hidden growth/optimization potential in the markets you are responsible for
- You drive the growth of the SEA and develop innovative Shopping and Search strategies to improve & expand our SEA activity based on A/B-testing and evaluation of new advertising possibilities
- You plan, develop and manage performance campaigns for multiple online shops in France and Belgium on several search engines and continuously optimize account structure, keyword portfolio, product feed, audiences, ad copies, promotions, landing pages and bidding strategies according to top-level and country specific strategies and targets
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as digital marketing (SEO, Affiliate, Display), promotions and sales, graphics, design, and analytics, to create cohesive and successful marketing campaigns
