Responsibilities:

  • In your role you will work closely with the Head of Secretariat and other members of the team to provide a consistent service and manage the Executive and Senior Leadership meetings within Mazars UK, ensuring the Chairs and members are properly supported in their activities.
  • Attend meetings as required and ensure they are properly recorded with minutes produced and finalised prior to being shared across various Boards or with the Regulator, as appropriate.
  • Assist in the maintenance of an actions log, including following up on actions as appropriate, meeting and where needed, challenging senior leadership on outstanding actions.
  • Manage logistics for meetings, scheduling meetings, confirming quoracy, ensuring attendees have the relevant information to attend.
  • Assist in the production of high-quality papers for meetings, ensuring they are submitted in a timely manner in a standard format and ensuring that the relevant governance process is adhered to.
