Responsibilities:
As a Senior Security Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Being the central point of contact for customers and leading the integrated account team delivering customer success
- Partnering with the business to review and ensure integration efficiency, high quality service and keep customers engaged
- Identifying service enhancements and potential problems to ensure continuous improvements to quality of customer service delivery
- Communicating with internal, external customers and partners to share information and deliverable
To be successful in this role you will:
- 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field or its equivalent
- Demonstrate experience in a customer-facing role within the information technology industry
- Show understanding of working with network technologies, web security or media related technologies, methodologies and/or architectures
- Experience with API Security and Integrations.
- Have a natural ability to engage, influence and build trusted relationships with customers in diffucult environments
- Demonstrate experience in delivering technical projects with an ability to manage multiple prioritie
