As a Senior Sales Solutions Manager, you will be an integral part the Key Accounts delivery team partnering with the Top 100 Accounting Practices in Australia. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement solutions pre and post sales, ensuring world-class experiences. Your customer-centric approach, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to excellence will drive successful solution delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Needs Analysis: Work closely with customers to understand their requirements, challenges, and pain points, conducting thorough assessments to tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Solution Development: Create consistent solution experiences by following methodology guidelines, managing expectations, and timelines for each stage of implementation.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of sales strategies to effectively position the company’s products in the market.
  • Client Relationship Management: Provide ongoing support, pre- and post-sale, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, assess market demand, and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Track sales performance metrics, analyse data, and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives.

Experience Required:

  • 3 Years prior experience or quali?cations in accounting or bookkeeping or practices.
  • Demonstrated Solution experience or in a business analyst or consulting role ideally within the accounting software industry.
  • Creative problem-solving ability with experience resolving issues through products or services.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing and managing software is highly desirable.
