    Mane Consulting are representing a forward-thinking government body dedicated to enhancing citizen experiences and improving services for all. As they embark on a number of exciting projects, they are seeking a talented Senior Service Designer to join them on a 6-month contract basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of innovative, user-centric services that meet the diverse needs of our citizens.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for service improvement and develop strategic solutions.
  • Conduct user research, personas, journey mapping, and usability testing to inform service design decisions.
  • Prototype and iterate service concepts to ensure seamless user experiences across digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Champion design thinking principles and best practices within the organization, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
