    The Senior Service Desk Analyst works with a broad range of technologies and liaises across multiple areas of the business to resolve incidents, solve problems, and fulfill requests for IT related assistance.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role
  • Experience in the troubleshooting of complex application and system issues
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to respond to customer requests in a timely manner
  • Team leadership skills and able to delegate tasks (desirable)
  • Experience in training and assist with upskilling peers
  • Escalation point between service desk analyst and network engineer/system admin team
    MUST hold an Australian Citizenship and able to obtain an NV1 Security Clearance.
