Description:

Job Requirements:

  • Liaise with team members, clients and vendors on service maintenance works
  • Coordinate and manage maintenance programs
  • Supervise routine service maintenance works according to the service schedule
  • Perform troubleshooting and failure analysis when required
  • Provide technical support to team members
  • Prepare technical reports, checklists and service reports for the clients
  • Prepare quotations, proposals and service contracts as necessary to clients
  • Respond and answer to breakdown calls

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • 1 to 2 years of experience as a Service Engineer or similar role
  • 1 to 2 years of experience with ACMV systems
  • Have good communication and coordination skills
  • Responsible and punctual
  • Team player and fast learner
  • Technical understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Able to work and adapt according to site requirements and work under high pressure
