Senior Service Engineer

RESPONSIBILTIES

• Design and develop audio visual system/solutions including schematics, floor plans, and wiring diagrams.
• Oversee installation of audio visual systems, including equipment placement, cabling, and integration with other systems.
• Ensure that all audio visual systems meet industry standards and project requirements.
• Test and troubleshoot audio visual systems to identify and resolve any issues.
• Manage and support a technical team , including training on system operation and maintenance.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including system manuals, as-built drawings, and testing reports.
• Work with technical team to schedule and perform regular system maintenance, including firmware updates, software upgrades, and hardware replacements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices for audio visual system design and installation.
• Communicate project updates and status to project managers and clients as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Discipline in Electrical Engineering, Audio Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in audio visual system design, installation, and maintenance will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of audio visual system components, including video projectors, sound systems, video walls, and control systems.
• Familiarity with audio visual system design software, such as AutoCAD or Visio.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
