Responsibilities:

Responsibilities of Senior Service Management Process Specialist include:

  • Developing and maintaining the ITIL process roadmap and monitoring the ITIL framework and other industry standards;
  • Focusing on the maturity of processes and the clear definition of critical success factors and related key performance indicators for each process;
  • Maintaining ongoing relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to better understand their needs and align the delivery of ITIL process services
